Miles of distance between us get shortened,
In just one thought about you…
Thousands of my queries get answered,
By a single word from you…
Deepest of my wounds get healed,
in a mild touch of your’s…
Millions of my troubles get dissolved,
by a single look into your eyes….
But nothing in this world is strong enough,
only to help me stop missing you…

A calm low wind did wake me from a dream,
among thousands of withered leaves,
only one did glow with an unusual passion..
bending low towards the yellow pearl,
lifted and cleared a space for her upon my lap.

Yes, she had a hidden story to tell me,
May be like all the others, who were like her.
The story of a lifetime, where in she lived for him.
Only for him…!!!!

Blind, she did serve him with no conditions,
In fact she was everything to him, he was for her too……
It was she who had been his air,that sustained his life….
And,he was her life as such…

Unaware ,of the sudden end,she waved along the lovely breeze,
Locked their hands, brushed their heads each other in love,
Times passed by,but only she turned pale,yellow,weak…
Losing the strength, leaving the grip,
She hugged tight close to him in fear.

Those breezes that once blew, bringing them together,
Now were acting strong to cleave them apart..
Fearing the separation from him,more than the death,
She shed her tears in grief..!
But he no longer ensured his strength for her..!!

And the day she expected tough with,immense of pain,
Was no longer apart…
She was doomed to earth, to melt and be a part of the soil,
Lie their half dead for a few more days,
On top she realized he had thousands of beautiful ones like ,
Once she was for him,all swinging merrily..

She was cursed only to be a slave,
helping him replenish even after her death…
charming young girl,turned all brown ,
probably the last stage of a dedicated love story..

she cleared her space soon in the next wind,
to fall beneath his foot, though in tears,
to fulfill her duties, to serve him…..
even while she was loosing her life..

for all the lovely relations ,
that are apart...
awake arise from the slumber,
stop missing it,by messing up....!!
for that silly misunderstanding,
that lead to this loss of understanding..
once, d one who were more than your soul,
is turning out to be nothing more than a sole..
those fingers that entangled yours,
are now wiping out the dripping sea..
when a single look can turn it alright,
y make it weird ,frawning???
all the forts that were built together,
are crumbling down beneith your knees.
